Introduction to the Terms of Use Agreement

  3. (Agreement): Refers to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to it.


Article Two – Legal Capacity of the Consumer



  1. The consumer acknowledges that he/she has full legal capacity under applicable laws and regulations to engage with the store, or that his/her age is not less than eighteen (18) years.
  2. The consumer agrees that in the event of any violation of this article, he/she shall bear all legal consequences arising therefrom before third parties.



Article Three – Nature of the Store’s Obligation


  1. The store’s obligation towards consumers is to provide the service or product offered.
  2. The store may also provide additional services, such as after-sales support or other related services, depending on the nature and type of the service or product requested by the consumer.


Steps to Delete Your Account from the Website
