Replacement is available in the event of a manufacturing defect or a difference in the product description and image within 24 hours of receiving the order and reporting the product. The store bears all replacement costs.


The product cannot be returned or replaced if the tape and protective labels are removed and the consumer has not used the product or obtained a benefit.


If the consumer wants to replace the product for any reason, the consumer shall bear all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company


The price difference is calculated in the replaced product.

Shipping and Delivery Policy


Shipping and delivery period is from 15 to 20 working days, including manufacturing, inspection, packaging and processing for delivery

Shipping is done through international companies, so the delivery period is beyond our control in unusual circumstances (wars - natural disasters - security strikes - official holidays)


The tracking number of a shipment will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp.


The shipment sent and the products do not include customs duties.
